Open discussion will continue to be held at the conclusion of the formal meeting. |

| It will be the personal decision of individual Board members to stay and participate in an open discussion with the members of the Association. If they do, there will be rules that must be followed. | |
| 1. There will be NO "attacking" a Board member either verbally or physically. | |
| 2. There will be no threats of any nature tolerated. | |
| 3. Everyone should take turns speaking and allow for questions/comments to be completed and the same courtesy given to have answers/responses provided. | |
